No Refund on Rituals & Consultations

All pujas, rituals, havans, astrology consultations, and spiritual services are non-refundable once booked.

Reason:

• Time, resources, priest schedules, and preparations are committed in advance
• Many rituals begin preparation before the actual date

Product Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for physical products under the following conditions:

Eligible cases:

• Damaged items
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing items

Conditions:

• Request raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Unused and original condition
• Supporting photos required

Non-Refundable Items

• Energized items
• Customized spiritual products
• Items opened or used
• Items purchased during discounts or offers

Cancellation Policy

• Rituals or consultations cannot be cancelled once booked
• Product orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
